Science and Technology Commission Chaoyang District news: Districts and Counties Intellectual Property Strategic Cooperation was executed by Chaoyang Intellectual Property Office (“IP office”)and Globe Law Firm(the legal consultant of Focus-IP,thereinafter referred to as “Globe Law”)in the meeting with respect to Beijing Districts and Counties Intellectual Property on Feb.23,2010.This cooperation is deemed as a special cooperaiton beeing initiated and promoted by IP office.The two parties,after the deep negotiation, will excavate the work demands,create conditions of cooperation,extend the fields of cooperation,courry out the measures of cooperation,exert the special advantages of the IP service organs, promote the actualization of IP strategies in Chaoyang district and enhance the district’s ability of managing and protecting IP rights. |
